Southern Charity Foundation (SCF) is a non-political, non-profit, and non-governmental humanitarian organization (NGO) registered with the NGO Affairs Bureau (Reg. No.- 3501). Since its establishment, SCF has been actively working in collaboration with national and international partners, donors, and institutions to promote human welfare and sustainable community development. SCF operates in both rural and urban areas across multiple districts in Bangladesh, with a strong presence in the country’s southern coastal regions.

As a humanitarian organization, SCF is dedicated to fostering sustainable development and empowering marginalized and disaster-affected communities. Through its integrated programs in education, health, livelihood, environment, and disaster response, SCF works to uplift underprivileged populations, especially those vulnerable to climate change and natural disasters. In alignment with the Government of Bangladesh and other development stakeholders, the foundation is committed to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and contributing to a more resilient and equitable Bangladesh.
