Southern Charity Foundation (SCF) only provides a refund policy to donors in the event that there is a technical issue or error during the transfer process that results in donors making double payments or donating an excess amount.
We are pleased to refund the donation, provided that the donor notifies SCF Children’s Villages Bangladesh via email or letter and claims their refund within 10 calendar days of the donation date. You will receive the refund within 10 calendar days of the return request date.
We will communicate the full details of the refund to you via email or letter. We will issue the refund in the donating party’s name via check or directly refund it to the originating account/credit card.
Please be aware that we will only process the refund in BDT, using the current currency exchange rates.
